Who I Am

Eric-GuerinI have a BFA from UMASS-Dartmouth and over 10 years experience in the visual communications field working as a freelance designer for marketing companies and for companies such as EMC Corporation, Summer Infant and Fit & Fresh.

I started my own design company, called Adelie Studios in 2002 originally with the mission of providing an integrated solution to customer’s print and web design needs. That has since evolved into creating user experience driven website experiences, interactive rich media demos and creating award winning online video animations. Awards I have won for my work include two Telly Awards in 2009 for Waste Management and Open Pages, one Telly Award in 2010 for JCSI and three Telly Awards in 2011. One was for Mojo Motors and the other two were both for the Captain Inbound animated series created for HubSpot.

I was selected by the Worcester Business Journal in 2007 as one of their “Forty Under 40” from Central Massachusetts recognizing business people for their accomplishments and ongoing community service. In 2009 I received two Telly Awards for “best online video campaign” and “best online recruitment video”. For more details, please see my resume.

The most important thing I have ever done is to trick my beautiful wife into marrying me and having two amazing sons with her. My little family makes my life complete.
